Gosset Abdominal Retractor contains lateral blades in different sizes to accommodate the patient. This retractor is self-retaining and is most often used to keep an incision open and expose the abdominal area. The two lateral blades of the retractor form a “P-shape” and can be adjusted on the vertical bar to move apart the opening.
